We do not offer refunds for any digital products, except where required by law.

Refund policy

  • All sales are final once the product is delivered
  • Digital products cannot be “returned” once accessed or downloaded
  • We encourage customers to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing
  • Exceptions are only made if:
    • The product is proven to be irreparably faulty
    • The issue cannot be resolved through support within a reasonable timeframe
Refund requests based on server incompatibility, lack of features, or change of mind will not be accepted.
